Richard P. Herman has been practicing in private practice and in recent years has focused on Civil Rights and Criminal Defense in Orange County, California, since he became a member of the bar in 1972. Mr. Herman has handled matters including but not limited to significant institutional reform litigation, usually in the Federal Courts, in association with the American Civil Liberties Union, Prisoners Rights Union, Youth Law Center, and Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
